3. Payment Terms

Invoices will be issued following the completion of services. Please ensure that all payments are made by the due date to avoid any disruptions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any specific concerns or conditions on their property prior to service commencement.
7. Quality Assurance
We are committed to providing excellent gardening services. Should you be dissatisfied with the work performed, please inform us within 14 days so we can address and rectify the issue.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal action.
